- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer special rates if I am hired as both officiant and makeup artist and also special rates for makeup application for additional members of the party.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like for customers to show me photos of looks they like and to come up with a plan before the trial, so we know we are both on the same page. I want the person I am working with to feel comfortable and to trust me but also be comfortable enough to tell me if they do not like something. My goal is to make the person in the “chair” really happy with how they look.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified skin care expert, and have had many, many trainings over the years with a lot of different brands, learning from other makeup artists, regional and national trainers. The best experience, like in everything, is doing and practicing.
