- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not hide our pricing until you speak with us. Our descriptive packages can be found on our website and we offer a very moderate and affordable pricing structure that is mostly hundreds less than our competitors. Our packages are broken down into several tiers based on needs/wants and additional services, but of course all packages can be customized to suit your special needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most potential clients start by reviewing the plethora of information and open advice on our website. It becomes obvious that we don't just play music, but offer a very personalized service helping each client through all the aspects of their party planning such as music selection, announcements, other vendor coordination, and more. We make ourselves available at all times to answer any questions they may have. From the planning stages right up until the grand event, we guide our clients through all the steps so their event is fun, exciting, and worry free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've gained over three decades honing our experience in helping clients throw unforgettable and one of a kind parties using live music as our tool of choice. Our entertainment industry has changed vastly since 1986, in regards to music, equipment, and lighting, and we still stand out as one of most highly referred and reliable DJ companies in all Central New Jersey.
