- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet the new customer and discuss job details in depth. Look at the site where the work will be performed. Make recommendations to achieve the best quality result. Use this information to come up with a fair, honest and complete estimate...we strive for quality workmanship at a fair price.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The owner, Jeff Rumfelt, started working with his grandfather in his shop as a child. His grandfather instilled the first work ethics that Jeff has built on over the years, including his creative and detail-oriented approach to building, remodeling and restoration.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Did a structural repair on a brick retaining wall while leaving much of the wall intact. You could not tell from the completed work that the wall ever had anything done to it. It just goes to show the extent of Jeff's work experience...whether it's interior painting or preparing a home to be put on the real estate market. It took about a week to complete the job.
