FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves on pricing each job individually. No two people are alike and housekeeping quotes are the same. We start at baseline pricing and either go up or down depending on the needs of the client and how much is involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to do an initial property walk thru with every potential client. This affords us the opportunity to answer any questions the client may have and any concerns we may notice. It also give us an opportunity to view the current condition of the property and quote the appropriate time needed to do an exceptional job for the client. Typically we determine what type of clean is needed and if we need to call in our floor tech to advise on problem areas in the flooring.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our housekeepers are certified by the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute. Lesa R. Gilchrist, our Training Division Manager is Certified by the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute as a trainer for Guest Attendants, Certified Hospitality Supervisors, and is a Certified CNA and Certified to teach and train in a Retirement Community environment. She is a honors graduate from the American Hospitality Academy with a concentration in Resort Management.
