- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most Auto Accidents are contingency fee based: 33% if concluded before filing lawsuit, 40% if concluded prior to pre-trial, 50% if concluded thereafter. Wrongful death, Medical Malpractice, and Insurance Bad Faith Cases are generally 40% if concluded prior to pre-trial and 50% if concluded thereafter. Family Law cases are hourly with a down payment retainer fee. Criminal cases vary depending on type of crime, priors, felony, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
How do you charge? We handle personal injury, auto accidents, wrongful death, and medical malpractice on a contingency fee basis. This means that we only get paid if we recover you money. Family law cases are hourly. Most Criminal cases are flat fee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Law Degree, Oklahoma City University. I have attained an AV rating through Martindale Hubble's peer ranking systems which means that my peers rank me at the highest level of professionalism and ethics.
