Compensation is based on the scope of work needed to be done
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process involves a scope meeting where the individual and I map out a detailed list of 12 month objectives followed then by a thorough walk through of all current processes from the ground up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a business degree from top 20 business school, but more importantly I have years of functional experience in all aspects of business from from and back office. Also having been a member of the executive leadership team for 2 prior publicly traded companies.
