- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our program begins with an initial 1.5 hr nutrition assessment/evaluation. This can be purchased separately or as part a one month package. The monthly package includes the initial assessment, lab reviews, recommendations, and two 30 minute follow up sessions by phone. Additional months can be purchased as needed. Home visits are available for a surcharge depending on distance. Please contact me for a complimentary consultation and to discuss rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First you will have the opportunity for a complimentary twenty minute consultation to discuss how I may help you. The next step will involve an in-depth assessment which will include your health and medical history, lifestyle habits and more. Together we will begin developing a plan that will be customized to your specific needs, goals and lifestyle. In addition to clinical sessions, programs include personalized meal plans and guidance, food sensitivity testing, and supplement suggestions. We educate our clients on finding the right balance of foods that will specifically focus on your well being without traditional dieting or counting calories. Learn how to change your eating habits, jump-start your metabolism,increase energy, live pain free all while losing weight.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a Certified Integrative Nutrition Counselor, a Certified Gut and Psychology/Physiology Syndrome Practitioner (GAPS) and I have a Masters degree in Psychology. I have had additional extensive training/certifications in the Digestive Process and Gut/ Brain processes and continue to stay current with on-going education.
