Reny was such a pleasure. I called him after using another exterminator. I had a rat in my apartment for 2 weeks. My super sent someone and after 2 visits, the rat was still there- getting quite comfortable. I called Reny he arrived 2 hours later with the proper tools trap to the rat and found the hole from where he was coming in and out of and plugged it. I haven't seen him since! He was very honest and fair with his pricing ! I will be calling him again for preventative measures!
