FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is flexible and is based on each individual's budget. I set a price based on packages I've curated after taking a look at what others charge, and evaluating the worth of my own value. If my price is too high, I'll work with you if you're not broke. If you're looking for a different quality of work, I'd love to refer other professional photographers I know, or show you more of my portfolio which gets better by the day, I'm being told! If you've read this far, it's worth knowing that Thumbtack charges service providers to quote you, so if you're just browsing and not sure if you're ready to hire someone, be conscious of when you request a service so you can have time to sift through who quotes you! it means they REALLY want the job, or it could be someone who has a load of money and can afford to spend thousands in marketing! Happy Posting!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Human-centered! Tell them why i quoted them, which is a scaled, tiered quote I've designed based on each person's budget. Get to know them, the project needs, what the deliverables needed are, event details, and get a contract written, reviewed, and signed so we can all be happy working together and end up with buttery pictures and smiles together.
