Julianna is fun to work with. Understands our needs , very patient and professional at the same time . I love the way things are shaping up with her design and suggestions for our home. She always finds a connection with our choice and ties the whole thing aesthetically right at the same time . And I trust her judgement . Her high end product choices and designs at budget friendly costs is a huge bonus!! I will recommend her work to as many as I can. Last but not the least , she is such a joy and fun to work with !!Mar 23, 2018Verified
Juliana has been amazing! She is knowledgeable and very good at what she does. She is also very open to feedback and has been remarkably flexible around our tastes and preferences. I especially love that her picks are budget-conscious but also look great and chic. I would highly recommend her!Oct 31, 2017Verified
Juliana was truly a pleasure to work with. She was very flexible to fit my schedule and always arrived on time and ready to work. The biggest problem we found was that I had collected a lot of "things" throughout the years during travelling or at various markets and I needed an extra eye to make those "things" into part of my life and into a comfortable living area. She de-cluttered my apartment and made it into a beautiful home where my guests can look at all my fun stuff and have fun conversations. Thank you again Juliana!!Jul 17, 2017Verified
Creative Interiors was recommended to us from a friend, Juliana the owner met with my husband and I. She really understood our needs and couple of weeks after measuring our family room, her presentation was right on. We were very pleased with her work and would definitely recommend her.Apr 26, 2016

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I tend to charge an hourly fee for big jobs which is deducted from a retainer but for smaller jobs I just ask for a flat rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Working with a new customer is when I usually ask them about the things that they do and do not like, really trying to understand them, ask about their needs, and explain what they should expect from me, discuss pricing and explain the process to them the best way possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I did an interior design course while working with some of the top designers in Boston for over 12 years, from hospitality to residential, traveled to New York and Canada as an assistant and was the only one in charge of doing the space planning, placing orders and follow through, work orders etc. After having my son I decided to venture out on my own.
