Tom is a man of his word. He showed up on time and did his job with professionalism and as promised, which is hard to find in Florida. His team did a great job with our tiles. Tom was available for anything we needed throughout the process and even came in after hours to ensure my project was done on time. Would highly recommend him!

We had a unique situation that Tom, and his crew, handled like the professionals they are. We originally had a family member redo our shower. Among other errors in his tiling job, he left us with a floor so badly sloped it was unsafe when wet. We hired Tom to re-do the shower floor. Because he was trying to correct someone else's work, it didn't turn out the way any of us, especially Tom, were happy with. Tom made the generous offer to redo the entire shower job correcting all the problems found. He and his crew went above and beyond to ensure the job was to his, and our, liking and standards. In the end the shower is amazing and just what we wanted in the first place. Tom stayed in touch and communicated with us regularly about what they were doing. His crew was always prompt and professional. We will definitely call upon Tom for future work. Tom and his crew are highly recommended.

I interviewed several companies to have tile replaced. Mr. Carter was so honest. After reviewing the area, and because my home is 105 years old, he told me that the sub flooring issues under the current tile floor could potentially cost me thousands of dollars. He recommended to leave it as is, or cover it with laminate, or to clean and replace/repair the grout. His honesty has saved me probably thousands of dollars. We ALL need to work with honest hard workers like Tom Carter.

I like to come out to the project address and meet with the prospective client as no 2 jobs are the same, every job has its own identity, to then put a game plan together and also make sure my clients and myself are on the same page.

I have over 30 years experience in the construction industry, I have built, as a General Contractor, 37 single family homes, Completely rehabbed, down to the studs, 8 single family homes. I am EPA Lead Certified.
