Shannon B. Hello my name is Shannon and a little over a month ago I posted on craigslist look for a personal trainer. I have always belonged to a gym but never followed through with a trainer. I have also never really had a weight problem until after my third child. I am 31 years old, 175 pounds and in the military.
The reason why I looked for a trainer was because I have only a limited amount of time for the military to get my fitness and weight under control or they boot me out.
Keith was one of five who responded. In fact only three responded quickly to my posts but the only one that actually responded to my questions in my ad was Keith. The other two just tried to sell me on their prices and didn't respond to the questions I specifically asked. One of which was that I needed nutritional help besides physical fitness to ensure weight loss and what their plan would be to help me with that.
I was still very skeptical of everything Keith was promising he could do for me. I also checked out and tried many other options before posting the craigslist ad. I bought Hydroxycut and talked to personal trainers at gyms. The one thing I didn't like about the trainers at the gyms was that when I left the gym how was I going to ensure weight loss?
I posted in my ad that I needed to lose 35 pounds in three months and pass my army physical fitness test. The army test ensures I run 2 miles in a certain time, 20 pushups, and 50 situps! Right now before working out my 2 mile run is over 24 mins and I gasp for air like I'm dying. . . ha ha (not funny) and I can only do 20 situps because I have no core due to childbirth. My child is two years old though and I still haven't lost the weight!
The reason I decided to go with Keith is not because of price but wonderful service! I had many questions for him including how he was going to ensure I would lose weight! He was the only one that responded with a response that made me confident.
It has only been a few weeks and I start the training sessions next week but let me tell you the service I have had in the past few weeks. I asked Keith how he would help me with my food intake compared to other personal trainers and what he has told me and what he has done has been phenomenal! Even without working out with him yet I have already noticed a difference in my weight and I didn't have to go to some special store or even choose organic food. Regular healthy choices with a regular grocery list!
I will post my results on here the next few weeks so that you do not have to be skeptical like I was before hiring Keith!
