Stàn went above and beyond of what I expected. He used double tack strip where the carpet met my new tile. He used a power stretcher to re- stretch my existing carpet. After he cleaned my 6 year old carpet itlooks and smells like it was installed yesterday.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since many jobs are of a minor nature ( example - patch repairs required due too house pet damaging carpet ) their is a minimum charge of 75 dollars for most work requests . Other type of work requests have different minimum charges .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The nature of my work requests are most often of a one time nature -(only needed once , especially for repairs - JOB IS DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME ) will ask customer pertinent questions to better understand work request and then proceed to give " ball park " price over the phone .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On the job training , over thirty years experience for Carpet work and twenty five years experience for tile work .
