When selling or renting your home, condo or apartment requires hiring a designer to completely handle the entire staging process. We will asses the job at hand and the work it requires based on condition, number of rooms and square footage. Present you with a bid, sign a contract and handle everything! Contractors, from construction, finish work, plumbing, electrical, hvac. Cleaning, painting organizing, hanging curtain rods/ curtains, blinds, pictures, etc. Ordering/ purchase or rent agrement of furniture and textiles necessary to stage your home to show off its up most potential. Basically anything and everything it takes to get you're home staged and ready to sell or rent out. Based on a bid price and signed contract. Average cost $1800- $3500 Gain could be up words of $10-20k
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I travel to your home or place of interest. Listen to your wants and needs of the project or area you wish to address. Go over some design principals as to what is and is not working for the space. Typically work on a $45 hourly rate and bill at end of the month, or completion of the project. Otherwise on bigger more extensive projects bid pricing for the entire project works best.
