Introduction: Hello! My name is Vivian Kimball. I am the owner and operator of J&V Cleaning Services. I started cleaning at the age of 12 with my mother in Sebago and in 2017 I started my own cleaning service. I have over 15 years of cleaning experience and still growing. I take pride in what I do, and I truly enjoy it. My favorite thing about this job is seeing my client's happiness when they come home to a clean and sparkling home. I would love to take that responsibility off your hands. I have been cleaning since I was 12. Working for other big companies who paid very little, and I never met anyone while cleaning. I just showed up, did the job and left. One day I got tired of cleaning for big companies who charged a ton of money and paid their employees very little. I decided to go out on my own and it was the best thing I ever did. I absolutely love the opportunity to meet new clients and see the happiness on their faces. And knowing they are happy with the service I provide is why I do this. I AM FULLY INSURED AS WELL. Vivian was fantastic. She got back to me right away. I hadn't done deep dusting in quite a while. I can't even tell you how happy we are with the results of her hard work and expertise. She is worth every penny. In fact, we are so pleased with the job she did that we have hired her to come in every two weeks to clean the house. 5 star service for sure.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Thumbtack creates a rough quote for the customer first. Then we look and find out the size of the home. We charge a set rate per house depending on the size and severity of the home. We require all new clients to get a deep clean first which does cost more but it covers way more than a standard cleaning. WE DO NOT CHARGE HOURLY.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We send out quotes and then like to get to know our customers and what they are specifically looking for and then give them a final quote. We then set up a time and day they would like the services performed and we like to introduce ourselves and deliver the best service we can.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have many years of experience in al of our service fields. 10 years experience in cleaning, 5 years experience in landscaping, 5 years experience in snow removal. We also have many great references and some great reviews.
