Devon was absolutely amazing ! We had a mount & recommended for us to get a different one since the one we had was not a good fit for our TV. We ordered the one he recommended and he came back the following day to install our TV, anyone else would’ve done the job & left without caring. Devon got in touch with me so quickly and when I spoke to him on the phone, I was ready to hire him without having spoken to anyone else. I hired him to hang a TV on our bedroom wall and hide the plugs by installing a new outlet. He was courteous, professional, punctual and showed complete respect. In addition, he spent almost 2 hours at my home to complete the project b/c my TV turned out to be so old and the base wouldn't come off, etc. But he didn't give up and never complained and didn't charge any extra even though it took more time than planned or quoted. He was so wonderfully honest that even though he could have made more money from me for another project I was considering, he gave his true opinion of what is best for us which ended up NOT requiring his services. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY HIRE HIM AGAIN!!

I am no stranger to TV mounting myself, but since our sound bar requires a power connection and the bar itself is too small to effectively "hide" a recessed outlet behind it, I wanted the cable buried in the wall using UL rated flexible wire conduit (which is acceptable and up to code). My TV also has an external connection box where all the A/V inputs are made. I needed a pro who understood this wasn't a "cookie cutter" mount job, and selected Devon from AVS Specialists for the job. Devon was terrific, and has the true "polish" of someone who has proudly served our country. He was professional throughout and extremely patient, inviting me to sit down a few times to ensure everything was level and centered (both horizontally and vertically) to my liking. The TV was mounted at the perfect height as was the accompanying soundbar, and Devon buried the cords in the wall perfectly. Thank you!
