We have taken 9 Disney cruises and our most recent one we booked with Meghan Umlauf from Tinks and we couldn't have been happier. From the moment we booked we received information on how to make the most of our cruise... And we received an onboard credit from her as a thank you for booking. Meghan went above and beyond the day we boarded as our son wasn't feeling well and she went out of our way to help us. We currently have three more cruises booked through Meghan Umlauf and Tinks... and we can't wait for the next cruise!

We are so fortunate to have planned our first Disney trip through Tink's with Meghan. As much as I am an experienced traveler, I can not imagine navigating Disneyworld without the help of a planner, let alone one like Meghan. Meghan started off making sure to identify our interests and desires. She never ceased to amaze....not just with frequent and regular communications but a detailed and customized plan in electronic spreadsheet form at the end! What could have gone better? - the Tink website and the Disney Experience need serious work - more info on what to expect at the airport, checking in, getting to rooms in a complex like the campgrounds - more insight, too, in how long a commute from the hotel to the parks (including time for security and pics) - walking times to/from Fast Pass locations. In hindsight, it is not realistic to park hop and see or do much when you have a stroller and backpack and must navigate multiple security lines. Given today's security needs, quite honestly, Disney needs to link the parks with monorails so that you only need to go through security once a day.

Also My Disney Experience seems to improve on a daily basis these days as well! Also the security procedure at Disney has changed slightly as well, helping to streamline it for guests that felt the same way!! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My quotes are free of charge and once booked with me all my services are free to the client! My quotes will be the same as if you booked with Disney directly, and the only discounts I can offer are those promotions run by Disney. In short everyone that books a Disney destination vacation pays for a travel planner, why not utilize the service!?
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I understand what type of vacation they are looking for and their families needs, I will get them a quote for the destination desired and then help them narrow down their choices! Once booked, I make sure my clients are aware of any additional amenity booking windows that may open prior to traveling, as well as take care of final payments.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Disney College of Knowledge Graduate, an avid Disney cruiser, and visit Walt Disney World frequently! I’ve been lucky enough to experience Adventures by Disney and travelled to Disneyland!
