- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most quotes are based of the price of only labor, the costs of materials is not included unless otherwise stated. This is just an initial quote based off the information provided through Thumbtack. I will always do a free in-home consult before beginning a job to set expectations when it comes to the costs of labor and materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will come to you to provide a free consultation and quote. There are several bits of key information I need when forming a quote, so my wife or I will contact you to nail down the details. I will then work with you to schedule a timeframe for completing the project and I’ll get to work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years of experience working for private constructions companies that specialize in residential and commercial carpentry, as well as several years experience working as an in-house carpenter for the Medical University of South Carolina
