Introduction: Every trainer has a style and specialty. My style is to motivate, inspire and push them gently but firmly to help them achieve the fitness goals they desire. I build relationships with my clients and keep them accountable to themselves and me as their coach and give them a workout tailored to their specific needs. I am a cautious but effective trainer protecting joints and making sure they learn about correct posture, form and technique while performing the exercises they are given. Seeing my clients push themselves beyond their limits just enough to make strides in reaching the goals we set together. I enjoy the friendships I make being a part of my clients every day lives helping them achieve their desired results.

If you are looking for a great all around trainer then you have found her! I have been training with Donna for a few years. I started after finishing physical therapy for a hamstring injury. I wanted to continue with strength training to prevent further injury. Donna helped me rebuild strength by listening to what I needed and adjusting the workout to fit my needs. She really pays attention to form which ensures that the exercises are safe and effective. I have continued with Donna because she keeps each workout interesting by changing it up. Every time it's different so my muscles are challenged and it's interesting and fun. She's great at encouraging you during the workout so I've been able to do more than I ever thought I could. Donna also checks on you between workouts to make sure you are doing ok. She genuinely cares about her clients! Awesome trainer, very professional but also a great person!

Donna worked with me for a year. When we started I was out of shape. I could tell, as it was hard for me to get up from a sitting position on the floor. She planned and encouraged me through excercises that over time greatly improved my strength and flexibility. She has the ability to know the correct excercises for your fitness level, while being a great motivator.

I love Donna she has the perfect balance between knowing when to push you to work hard and when to give you a rest. Her caring demeanor, plus knowledge and experience has helped me feel safe in her care. I am 40 yrs old and have experience a number of personal trainers throughout my health journey and she ranks high on my list. Give a her a try, I believe you will happy in the end.

Donna knows how hard to push you. She is punctuality and very knowledgeable. She keeps check on form makes sure you are doing it right and makes it fun by changing things up. Would highly recommend Donna if you need a fitness trainer.
