Introduction: Every trainer has a style and specialty. My style is to motivate, inspire and push them gently but firmly to help them achieve the fitness goals they desire. I build relationships with my clients and keep them accountable to themselves and me as their coach and give them a workout tailored to their specific needs. I am a cautious but effective trainer protecting joints and making sure they learn about correct posture, form and technique while performing the exercises they are given.
Seeing my clients push themselves beyond their limits just enough to make strides in reaching the goals we set together. I enjoy the friendships I make being a part of my clients every day lives helping them achieve their desired results.
