Introduction: In the last 10 years I have gathered international experience training clients in Israel, New York, and now Florida. I specialize in strength, building muscle and losing fat. I can work with any type of client and any fitness goal from rehab of a sport injury to pre natal, teenage athletes to elderly. I have vast knowledge in nutrition and supplements. I personally am an active competitor in bodybuilding. Before I was a pro power lifter and also involved in strongman and Olympic weightlifting. The success of each person is my number one goal. It is very important to me that each of my client gets to achieve his/her goal and even surpass it in the shortest time possible.

I’ve trained with Yaniv for more than four years and have made remarkable progress thanks to his expertise as a strength coach. We started with basic lifts, movements and kettle bell training and then moved on to the classic power lifts: bench press, squat and deadlift. In that time, I’ve gone from being a skinny couch potato to competing in my first powerlifting competition, where I deadlifted 390 pounds (more than double my bodyweight) and eventually reached my goal of 405. My squat hit 315. Yaniv does a great job of fostering healthy competition to make people push themselves harder and his commitment to his own training makes him an especially strong motivator.

I started training with yanks 2 months ago. I have seen a tremendous improvement in my strength and learned how to work on muscles I didn't even know I had. He is always very attentive and enthusiastic every work out. Some days I would get to the gym with no energy and he has the ability to get you going and have a killer work out. Overall he is very knowledgeable and has helped me get to where I never thought I could with my body. I highly recommend him as a trainer to anyone looking to better themselves.

Due to a shoulder injury I was skeptical to start personal training with just anyone. I heard of Yaniv through a friend and began training with him two weeks ago. Since my first session, my results thus far have been remarkable. He is very thorough with his training techniques and with full concern of any injuries or problem areas, he has the ability to still push you to your limits even if it means coming up with unique/alternative workouts; ones that not many people would be able to come up with on their own. Apart from the technical side, Yaniv is always energetic, punctual, and brings positive energy that is motivating. Highly recommend!

Yaniv is an excellent trainer and very knowledgeable at creating training programs and meal plans. He listened to my goals and created a program specific to me and adjusts it when needed. I always enjoy our training sessions and feel challenged with each workout. I have greatly increased my strength and improved my body composition during the time I've worked with him. He always answers all my questions and keeps me motivated with his passion for bodybuilding. I am very happy with my results so far and know I'll continue to progress with his help!

'Yaniv ' took my training to a whole new level : both physically , and Mentally ( intensity level ) ... My workout program is so much better organized now that I've been training with 'Yaniv' ... His overall knowledge of training and nutrition makes my investment with him so very worth it . I've been training for about 25 years and still find myself learning and benefiting from consistently working with him ! He's the real deal !! E
