Completely destroyed the floor at our business. Refuses to answer phone calls, emails, requests to repair floor. Gecarri Freeman and Project X were hired in November to repair a terrazzo floor by installing a metallic epoxy coating. Gecarri guaranteed the product would work for our installation at a nightclub/bar, being that his product was "High Traffic Professional Grade Epoxy", so he was hired to install the product for a total project cost of $4,500. Problems started form the beginning when Gecarri refused to provide a sample of the color of the product, after refusing to provide a sample he purchased the material in a color he thought was applicable, and gave us no option to review the color before install or change the color. This was the first sign of trouble. Then when preparing the location to install he failed to provide any sort of safety equipment, dropcloths, ventilation or clean up any of the mess, as he cut the terrzzo and covered the entire business with a thick layer of white dust. This dust infiltrated every square inch of the business, ruining sensitive lighting, computers, sound equipment and more without even attempting to clean or prevent the mess from ruining the place. This was the second sign of trouble. Then after installing the product there were many uncovered spots that he refused to repair saying that the first application is final. Now less than 2 months after the floor was installed the entire floor bubbled and cracked, exactly as he said it would not do as it was a "Commercial" product. Gecarri then answered our first phone call and said he would stop by and fix it in early January. Then he refused to answer any phone calls for weeks an weeks and weeks. Then we called using different numbers and finally reached him again in early February, when he said he would be there to fix he was just waiting on the proper product to "come in stock". Now we are here today 2/16/17 on the date Gecarri said he would arrive on location to start fixing his disaster and he is nowhere to be found and refuses to answer his phone again. Obviously Gecarri and Project X have no intention of doing the job and we now demand a full refund for all services so we can hire a legitimate contractor to complete the job.
