If you want someone that is going to be 100% invested Mariana is your trainer. She is dedicated. She doesn't over reach. She sets goal that are attainable and workouts that fit the student. With an added kick. You want to give extra for her because of how much she believes in you. - How did you get started doing this type of work?After having my babies, I gained so much weight so, I decided to "recovery my prepartum body" so I joined a nationwide gym. Unfortunately, I got injured when exercising at the gym, and I needed a knee arthroscopy surgery to fix the damage. During my rehabilitation process I could quite or pursuit, so I decided to become Zumba® instructor. After working as Zumba® instructor in different gyms, simultaneously I keep learning and attending different fitness trainings and I got SO IN LOVE with fitness that what I started doing "just for fun" is now days my passion, my career.
