- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide a free consultation for all personal injury cases. All personal injury cases are handled on a contingency fee basis. We recover on a percentage after you win--not by billable hours. There is no fee unless you win.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We traditionally meet clients at our offices, but travel to the client if necessary. A winning strategy is formulated for the client and their imminent needs (car, medicals) are addressed. I believe it is important for the client to see our support staff and past examples of successfully managed cases, so I prefer office meetings. However, we cater to the client. Most importantly, you meet with _me_ in person during your first visit -- not an assistant, investigator, or paralegal. If an investigator begins your case instead of an attorney, you are at the wrong law firm.
