Amazing trainer with an amazing work ethic. Always on time and comes prepared to start my workout session. Very flexible with working around my schedule and choosing a workout timing convenient for me. Each workout session is customized toward my fitness goals, changing in intensity and routine. After a lifetime of never lifting weights, at a petite 107 lbs., Robert helped me to achieve my goal of increasing muscle mass, now at a 120 lbs., a goal that I had not envisioned for myself if I had done it alone. My results of increased strength and volume are product of his extensive knowledge, training methods, and personalized exercise programs that are challenging but at the same time, achievable towards meeting your fitness goals. As a trainer, he brings out his professionalism and commitment to his clients in helping them set their own goals, work towards those goals, and providing them with the motivation and enthusiasm they need to keep the word "quit" out of the equation. Rob is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts. Importantly: He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. He is extremely reliable & punctual always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. It's a very relaxed and supportive environment, I have no hesitation to recommend. Thank you to giving me life again.

Robert is a great trainer, he is always very attentive to my needs and genuinely cares about my health, he is extremely knowledgeable in how the body works. Whenever I am ready to give up, as my trainer he knows my limits. He always manages to keep me motivated & because he always is in beautiful spirits, he manages to lift mine. I highly recommend him and his services!

Excellent trainer. Knows his craft well. He leaves his clients with the feeling that he is truly interested in their well being, as opposed to being just another client. He comes highly recommended for his no-nonsense approach to overall wellness.
