FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on the scope of the project, time frame, and difficulty. However my prices are fair and I am always willing to negotiate. I enjoy what I do and like to be fairly compensated for it, but I also understand that different individuals have different price points and I am willing to work within those bounds.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The very first step is setting up an in-person or telephone meeting to better understand who my client is, what their needs are, what the time frame for the project is, and what the plan of attack will be to ensure their goals are delivered on in a timely and effective manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been writing professionally since age 16. At 19 I published my first piece in the New York Times and have published many more since. I graduated from Cornell University with a degree in English and I am currently earning my Master's in Writing at the University of Miami's MFA in Creative Writing Program. My work has appeared in The New Yorker, The Atlantic, NPR and many of the most distinguished publications in the country. I have also managed social media accounts with upwards of one million followers as well as launched social media accounts for brands and businesses. Since 2009 I have spruced up hundreds of resumes and cover letters that continually impress prospective employers. In the same time frame I have also helped numerous companies and individuals with the creation of blog content, website copy, and pitches to media outlets.
