- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our company will always give our customers a discounted price even without the customer asking for one.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For all new customers, we will always try to make them happy and comfortable. We are open to satisfy their painting needs if at all possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have an extensive training for all new employees that lasts a minimum of 1 week. We training them on all the different processes of painting. For example, we train them on the preparation it takes depending on the type of surface that needs to be painted and the start to finish of the masking processes.
