For two years in a row my wife and I attended special diner functions sponsored by Melva Catering Events and Rentals and they never failed to deliver in terms of the quality of food served, the ambiance location, Hall decorations, the entertainment line ups and their beautiful guest list. I graduated from a French culinary school 27 years ago then from Cordon Blue. To perform my skill, I worked in many prestigious hotels in Miami Beach.
