Introduction: I have been in pastoral ministry for over 15 years, and have officiated many weddings during that time. I love connecting with people and helping them start their lives together. We will work together to make sure your ceremony is just what you want. I will meet with you so I can get to know you better, and will personalize the wedding to you. I officiate weddings as a way to help people out on their big day. My strengths as a pastor and wedding officiant are relational, and I enjoy meeting with the couple to be married and creating a unique and personalized wedding ceremony just for them. My flexibility allows me to perform simple weddings and ceremonies that tend to be more elaborate. The cool thing about officiating weddings is that they are all different and unique. I enjoy meeting new people, and helping them in their lives. In performing weddings I feel like I have this opportunity, and can help out and give back in a small way.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is some variance in pricing, while the base rates are standard. Marriage Ceremony: $50 - $75 ~ Simple ceremony where you just want to get married. Think justice of the peace. Price varies for travel. Wedding Ceremony: $150 (base price) Wedding Ceremony with Rehearsal: $250 (base price) ** All prices are negotiable, and can be adjusted based on wedding details.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After visiting on the phone we will decide which direction to go. For simple wedding we can plan the ceremony over the phone, and through e-mail. For most weddings however, after speaking on the phone, we will meet for an hour or two so I can get to know you and hear your thoughts and plans for your day. After an initial meeting the majority of our communication takes place by phone, e-mail, and text. I want to get to know you so, even if just a little bit, so I can personalize the wedding and make it personal to you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Christian Ministry, and I have been involved in pastor ministry for over 15 years. I am a licensed minister through Northwest Yearly Meeting of Friends Church and serve full-time as pastor at Homedale Friends Community Church in Homedale, Idaho.
