    Great Service, Wonderful Results!
I have never been happier or more satisfied with technical help for my computer problems and my recent problems were quite unusual, at least for me. Apparently several serious mishaps occurred almost simultaneously, damaging several crucial programs that I depend on and use every day. Not only did they solve my problems, they shared some of their knowledge and offered some very helpful tips on how to avoid other potential disasters. They were fast, efficient, and quite thorough. I got help the day after I contacted them and they made sure all of my issues were addressed and everything was working properly before concluding the job. I would highly recommend Tech Nerds to anyone seeking fast and efficient resolutions to their computer problems. Their rates are unbelievably reasonable, much lower than the local computer tech company I have been using for years. S. Petrea

    Would use again
Couldn't fix the problem, but technician was professional and tried everything he could. Woman I spoke to on the phone regarding the price was not very polite, however. Thank you for getting to the hotel so quickly! Will use your services again.

This was her earlier review thank u so much, it was our pleasure to help. Arlene Hathaway You tech Paul arrived very quickly and was a great help to me as I am an old lady who does not understand anything about computers, had a problem with Skype and he fixed that, also explained a lot of things to me that I didn't know, when I had more questions Mr. Collins explained things to me on the phone, I am very grateful to them for all the help they gave me and intend to be their customer forever now. Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard diagnostic/service fee to determine the current problem. This is done before we set a price because I'm sure you can imagine all assignments are different. In some cases we would have a general idea but most times it is difficult to determine unless we actually come out to see it. Sometimes a customer's description can vary from what is the actual issue.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The number one process when working with a new customer or any customer is to call/instant message and have them explain the problem so that we can develop a visual of the situation, schedule a diagnostic/service call and discuss possible solutions to get the job done the first time. You would be surprised how many customers call us to fix problems another company did for them. They usually regret not having used us to begin with.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science. When creating programs I use C SHARP for development. My additional skill is SCCM 2012 which allows me to roll-out operating systems and Application packages to 30k systems with the use of Vb-scripts. In addition to actively working in the field I am constantly taking workshops to stay on top with the latest technology
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have a BS in Computer Science and currently work for a very large IT firm. The business was started in 2006 to help companies find IT Gurus like myself to resolve their technical problems with hardware and software.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with various businesses of all sizes and residential customers including Autonation and Hyatt Place Hotel.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Our recent project was with Hyatt Hotel. The front desk network printer malfunctioned. The rollers were broken and they had customers waiting for room receipts. Our tech configure an alternate network printer in one hour and they were very pleased.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do the diagnostic....then ask questions and have the consultant explain what could be causing the problem and discuss possible solutions.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
-How much am I willing to pay? -What is my availability? -Do I want the job done right the 1st time (its often times expensive to be cheap)? -Do I want someone who is knowledgeable?
