- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
General Personal (1 person) and Small Group (2-3 people) Fitness training is 30 or 60 minutes. Specialized Injury prevention, post injury recovery, and core strength and conditioning performance enhancement are 30 or 60 minutes (only 1 to 1 client sessions) Skilled Physical Therapy for muscle, joint and tendon injuries to arms, legs, neck, and back. *Contact us for Pricing details *Travel Fees may apply based on distance
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak to client and receive specifics on their needs and scheduling for sessions. 1st session sign customary medical history, service contract, legal waiver, and payment agreement. Perform an additional 15 minute Assessment for testing physical mobility, flexibility, body composition, and wellness level. Reassess every 4-5 weeks.
