I was present at the inspection for a home I was purchasing and the inspector did an amazing job. He went over every detail of the property and was very careful to detail all the positives and negatives the inspection revealed clients need a true honest report of the real condition of the properties.

I used the services of Mr. Oscar Lopez to obtain an inspection requested by my home owner insurance company to lower the cost of my policy. Mr. Lopez provided me with very valuable suggestions regarding the improvement work needed to be done in order to meet the requirements established by the State of Florida building code. After completion of the work recommended, he proceeded to re-inspect the property and elaborate a very detailed report. My first, very positive impression of his performance, was validated by the comments of the insurance agent, who affirmed never to have seen a report so accurate and well presented. I obtained a reduction in my insurance rate in excess of 50%. I was extremely impressed with Mr. Lopez’s knowledge, professional skills and accuracy.

If you want a honest and super professional company this is the one. They honor their name using new technology. They were able to save my borrower a lot of money by uncovering issues that were previously unknown. Prices vary depending on the type of inspection and size of the property. A typical 2 bedroom condo unit starts at $250. A typical single family home less than 2000 sq.ft starts at $295. Home Inspectors like any other profession, we dont charge less for better quality or service. Therefore, choosing the right Home Inspector is essential.
