- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary depending on the type of inspection and size of the property. A typical 2 bedroom condo unit starts at $250. A typical single family home less than 2000 sq.ft starts at $295. Home Inspectors like any other profession, we dont charge less for better quality or service. Therefore, choosing the right Home Inspector is essential. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Buyers are emotionally attached to the inspection. They are investing more than just money in the house, their hopes, dreams and fears are also wrapped up in the purchase of the house. Sellers are emotionally attached to their homes. With a Pre-Listing Inspection, the homeowner can discover what areas are likely to be a concern. We can help you develop a proactive home inspection strategy to minimize your frustration and maximize your profitability by allowing the opportunity, at your discretion, to repair or disclose potential issues with the property.
