Don't choose a trainer due to pricing. Remember the old saying... You get what you pay for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process with a new athlete is to figure out their needs. How exactly how i can help them & in what way will I approach their body to reach the goals we plan & set for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a NCSF certification(I'd be more than happy to show anyone my certificate).
