I have only had one session with Kevin, but one session was enough to know that he is legit, he cares a lot about his health, and takes physical fitness very seriously. On top of that he has a great personality, and really wants to see his clients reach their fitness goals. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a NCSF certification(I'd be more than happy to show anyone my certificate).
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I started just to set out for myself. All i wanted was to have my Abdominal defined & i was also diagnosed with gastroenteritis, in 2012, is when started my journey into Health & Fitness. I wanted to work on my body for myself, i wanted to feel better about myself & along the process, i realized it would be a great thing to help and teach others as well about Health & Fitness seeing as it is the Most important Attribute of life.
