Ms. Wade gets all high marks for being an exceptional motivator, engaged & interested in my well being, professional, modifies exercises to my fitness level, a cheer leader. I'm sure if you prefer a drill sargeant she can do that too. She also explains each exercise and the benefits to keep you going. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?New offering-Group Training!!! Personal training is a great way to focus and get those goal but if you are a little shy and prefer to work with others, group training may be just your fit. Come get a great workout and have the support of those that have similar wellness goal. Don’t wait for the perfect time, the time is perfect now!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Phone consultations are the first to get to know each other and determine if we will work well to help you get to your goals. The second step is an in-house fitness assessment to fine tune those goals and complete an action plan to get you where you want to be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have over 20 years of wellness training and an understanding of muscular and metabolic challenges to help focus and reach realistic goals.
