Advanced Environmental & Wildlife Services, LLC examined the area and found no evidence of mice activity. If we do, just call him and he'll return with his scope and equipment to deal with it. No charge for the first visit.

Josh eliminated a mouse problem in my house that became out of my control. He then cleaned and sanitized the affected areas. His work was outstanding. He provided me with a lot of information and will be conducting follow up inspections. I highly recommend him to anyone needing to elimitate rodents from their house.

Terrible service! The owner Joshua is a nice guy but the business itself needs a lot to be desired. I hired them in August and was told it would be done that month. One guy came and scraped the walls and sprayed some white stuff that was supposed to keep the mold away. I kept getting the run around for when Sal and Michael would be coming to do the drainage work which would take a week. By October 23rd, 2023, I finally had a set date and time that was by an appt that his wife set up but no one showed up. I sent a text to Joshua to find out why no one showed up and he could not give me an answer he just did not know what was going on. Joshua could not give me another date so we talked and I asked for my money back. Joshua agreed to send me a check for my deposit because of everything that had happened. I waited and waited for the check from the company and never received it. His wife told me that she was not in agreement and would not send me my money. I have everything on a running text thread from the first text to the last. I finally had to resort to a small claims court. I am so disappointed with the company. He was charging me $4,000.00 for everything including a commercial dehumidifier. I sure would have liked to have it finished.

I found Advanced Environmental to be a very professional and fair family run business. I've had terrible luck with home improvement businesses in the past, but Josh and his team put my mind at ease. I've managed multiple businesses before, and it just seems like most tradesmen can't run their businesses effectively, and don't provide the level of workmanship I expect. Not the case here, Josh and his team take pride in their work and reputation.
I honestly don't have a reference for value, the other company called me back later than they said they would and then refused to give an estimate without my spouse there (which she didn't care to be and it's and investment property), but I feel the price was absolutely fair for the work done and level of professionalism, you can't always put a price on that.
The Advanced Environmental team went above and beyond, including answering all of my questions (there were a lot) about mold and water prevention, and the intricacies of the work. I absolutely plan on using Advanced for exterior water mitigation work in the future.
