Was in dire straits. Had new appliances delivered to my home anticipating installation. That was not the case. They were delivered in boxes and left in the middle of my kitchen. Reached out to several installers with a 2 week to one month date of availability. Ben reached out under an hour. He had finished up a previous job early and came right over. There was a plumbing problem with installing the dishwasher. The trap was heavily corroded and broke. Ben was able to make the repair and had parts in his truck. He left the work area as he found it. Removed all the boxes and the used appliances as well. I would highly recommend Ben and will definitely keep him in mind for my upcoming projects.

Ben was very attentive and responsive and took the time to understand my project. He arrived on time and completed the job well. When we realized that the dishwasher sat a bit below the countertop [as my countertop was slightly taller than the usual], Ben went above and beyond by adding a small wood support to prop up the dishwasher to fit exactly under the countertop. He was very cordial and a pleasure to work with. I would hire him again for other handyman projects.

Ben was also punctual as well as capable and professional. I had a very nasty job of replacing punky floor under the toilet before we could do a reinstall of toilet, and I have a 120 year old house. So it took some creativity, but Ben did a great job, and I am much relieved and feel secure in having the job done right. He also is very calm, amiable, and explains things clearly, which I also appreciate.
