- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we meet with a new client we spend a few minutes to go over any questions or concerns our client might have. We also explain what they can expect during and after the the renovation is complete, Next we discuss their ideas and then plan for their renovation. After understanding what our clients vision is we then create a "road map" to get us there. We write and present a quote to the client and upon approval we then start the renovation process.
