They did an AWESOME job! I signed my contract over a year ago for my wedding last weekend (6/2/2018) and they delivered on everything even though their packages changed a little. They were early to set up, offered all of the special lighting and props and even gave me a choice on what guest book I wanted to use (since it was my wedding, I chose the "Mr. and Mrs." book they had available". Everyone raved about them and the quality of the strips, quality of the pictures and their service. Jorge also actually takes, focuses, and aligned the pictures which makes a huge difference instead of just a machine doing it manually. If something doesn't turn out, they redo it and also provide more photo strips for each party in your photo/group. Amparo puts the strips in the guest book and the guests get to sign and put a message if they want. I am so happy that I decided to get a photo booth and especially happy that I booked them to be at my wedding instead of someone else. My only regret is forgetting to offer them food while they were there. They weren't originally scheduled during our dinner time but dinner ran a little later than planned and now I feel horrible! They deserve all the business in the world! One of our guest asked to be able to use the photo booth a little bit early and Amparo came over to me to ask if it was okay to adjust the time on our contract so they could service the guests. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Our interaction with new customers is very easy and quite simple. We first obtain basic information, perform a quote, and then work on the job while keeping the customer up to date in every step of the way. To book us a signed agreement and $150 deposit are required.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have 9 years of experience as wedding photographers and 5 years of experience with photo booth services. We have taken training in customer services, photo booth management, and photography education. Business Administration major and Marketing specialization.
