- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give $100 to anyone who successfully refers me to a service upgrade, or service change(nyseg power cable upgrade/ meter and panel). I typically typically only charge what I estimate that it will take for the time and parts. if it goes over, it is covered by me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need name, email, cell/home phone number, and address so that I can provide that information on the official quote I send. I also have job specific agreement of acknowledgement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my associates degree in electrical construction from alfred state as well as boces schooling in high school.
