- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
4 easy steps to your new resume: Step 1: Free phone interview is scheduled to discuss your career plans and the positions you plan to target with your resume. I will answer any questions you have about the resume process. Before the call you will email me a copy of your most recent resume (if available) so that I have as a point of reference during our call. If you decide to proceed with process, payment plan is discussed. Step 2: After our call, you will have the first draft of your resume within 2-business days. Step 3: Well work intensively on subsequent iterations until we are both completely satisfied with the final product. Step 4: Once you approve your final draft, you will receive your finalized resume package: The Resume Package Includes: -A formatted resume, delivered to you in 3 versions: PDF, MS Word and TXT (to upload onto online job boards). -A formatted sample cover letter, on letterhead to match your resume, to use as a guide and customized in applying to each position. -A formatted thank you letter, which can be customized to send after each job interview.

In addition to my work with Channing Resumes, I work as a Resume Specialist and Career Management Consultant with Right Management (within Manpower Group), a global leader in workforce solutions. I assist hundreds of candidates yearly in crafting accomplishment-based resumes. Recognized by Right Management for my resume writing expertise, I was selected as a Resume Specialist Mentor, assisting in the training of new Resume Specialists and as Resume Quality Reviewer, ensuring top-quality resumes delivered to candidates.
