Over all the from the time I contacted her about the job until the time of completion was very professional. It was a last minute ordeal dew to family members coming from out of town so it had to be done right away. I explained to her as to why i was in a rush and she was quick to response and was here the next morning having to drive over an hour to get but was on time and was finished before expected with doing a remarkable job and was far more than i expected, so with that being she now comes once a week! I would recommend her to anyone who needs a good spring cleaning or weekly cleaning!

I had never hired anyone on Thumbtack before and was a little nervous, as I wasn't sure I would get the help I needed. Kristen is the reason I will use this service again and again! Specifically, I will not hesitate to work with Kristen. In one word, wow! I hired Kristen to complete a massive job - to sort through and chronicle 2,067 trademarks, as I am starting a new business and needed this information to present to an attorney. The job would have taken me 40 hours to complete, and I wouldn't have met my deadline. Kristen was immediately responsive to my inquiry and we quickly spoke by phone. From that moment - when I realized how professional, yet warm and confident she was that she would complete the work, I felt at ease. And in hindsight, this was with good reason. Kristen not only completed the work on time, but she proactively greatly improved the format of my report. And educated me about the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's website in a way that will expedite my work in the future. I was simply blown away! In every way possible, Kristen exceeded my expectations. She was very well-poised, confident, professional, personable, genuine, and she communicated clearly. Her work was incredible - she improved on my process and provided an actually beautiful final product (as much as report may be beautiful). And her work was perfectly timely.
