Introduction: I am a vinyasa yoga teacher based in Houston, TX. I graduated from Larry Thraen's "The Yoga of You" 200-hour integrative yoga teacher training certification program certified by the Yoga Alliance. I currently teach six permanent studio classes at The Good Space Pilates & Yoga. I also teach corporate yoga classes at Landry's main office in Houston and have private clients as well. I teach a mindful vinyasa-style class focused on setting intentions, studying the eight limbs of yoga, mindfulness, and meditation. I will work with you to tailor your class to your individual needs. I will come to your home or office with the option of coming to my home studio after meeting with you a few times.

Leslie is one of the best yoga instructors in Houston. Expect excellent vinayasa and hatha experience and knowledge. Her sessions pull together movement, breath, spirituality, and philosophy. Her teaching style accommodates novice to intermediate students and challenges all both physically and mentally. Leslie has a warm and kind personality, so even someone who is returning to the world of yoga feels comfortable and at ease. Guided meditation during savasana is a key draw, and she is also a wealth of knowledge on yoga spirituality. Mix all this with some playful humor and witticisms for a fulfilling and enjoyable yoga experience. If music is important to your experience, I think she has great, emotionally enthralling playlists.

Leslie is great. She has quite a bit of knowledge and really knows how to convey that in a helpful, humble, and accepting way. She genuinely cares about her students. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.
