- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because every client and assignment is unique I develop custom pricing and fees based on the project and the client's budget. No request is too small or too big for my experience. Most jobs are charged per hour or a single project fee. I am very clear, and upfront about fees and charges. I promise you will have no hidden costs or surprises fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goals are to truly understand my client's needs and find the most efficient and effective solution to accomplish those needs. I begin with a phone call, then a face to face meeting to increase my client's comfort level, earn trust, and develop a better understanding of each other. Once the foundation of comfort and trust are created I begin the discussion to discover what my client's needs. From there, we develop a plan of action together that meets all of their requirements and exceeds their expectations. Next, we put the plan into action. Together, we discuss, review, and analyze the results to ensure satisfaction.
