FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sessions are 1hour to one hour and fifteen minutes. Base price is $80 per sessions. Clients get a discount rate for committing to 2 times per week for at least three months. Students and seniors are changed at $60 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client that I met with will be given a full fitness assessment consisting of body fat measurement, weigh in, circumference measurements, strength testing, functional range of motion assessment (F-ROM), and a cardiovascular assessment. This information will then be used to create a customized workout and nutrition plan for the client. The client will then be given a time frame for the length of the program. While in the program the client will be reassessed every 6 weeks. At this point adjustments to the program will be made as needed to keep the client on track to his of her goal.
