- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In general rates are $195 per hour. We give careful estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a full consultation and come up with the best possible solution. Then the taxpayer will be armed with enough information to either do the job them self or hire us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are all college graduates and case workers all have professional licenses.
