1. Why We WIN JOBS!! : At Rose De Nola we are NOT just a general contractor (general contractors are just that: GENERAL) they don’t specialize in anything. We specialize in residential construction and remodeling both old and new. Such as custom room/garage additions, finished attics and some elaborate decks/patios and fence projects. In 2015 we started and finished over 100 custom projects! We are a highly regarded member of the BBB. We are also featured on Home Advisor and have earned numerous fantastic reviews.
2. Work is completed in a workmanlike manner always: One key feature with Rose De Nola LLC. Is that we use dedicated tradesmen, skilled craftsmen, that specialize in the work they are there to perform, earning a living doing what they do best..
3. Permitting/inspections supplied*: Naturally a permit is required to build an addition/ garage/ major job. Most contractors will have you obtain the permit, removing themselves from the responsibilities that go along with it, such as scheduling a meeting with inspectors. Rose De Nola wants to pull the permit, thus alleviating the scheduling burden a homeowner would have otherwise. Not to mention the benefit of the work passing inspection as a requirement of the contract.
4. All work is to meet the customer’s approvals: At Rose De Nola we take the time NOW to fully understand exactly what you are looking for, and we will work closely with the project manager to ensure that the finished product is in line with your envisioning.
5. Proper insurance is carried and supplied: Rose De Nola Remodeling & Construction and its Subs are fully licensed and insured.
6. Job site clean-up upon completion: Everyone has experienced a messy contractor, or knows of someone who has. At Rose De Nola we have dedicated hours built in our pricing to make sure we are leaving everything as we found it.
7. The industry’s only 2 year labor warranty: Rose De Nola offers the industry’s only 2 year labor warranty. To be honest, warranties in custom design and build are few and far between, if they exist at all. Rose De Nola truly stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our work, so much so that all of our work comes with a 2 year labor warranty. Naturally, however, we do know that if you build it right the first time, service should be non-existent!
8. Work is completed in a timely manner: Weather dependent, the total number of days estimated on invoice is very accurate.
