- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
yes I do have a price list on some jobs, others I charge by the hour. example.. For hanging pictures , drapes, light bulbs, etc. I charge service charge by the hour. set pricing starts at medium size jobs and so fourth.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
(Meet the customer and see how I can be of assistance to them. ) I explain who i am , my company That I'm representing, and for surely what Maintenance Maintain can do for them. I know that most customers know exactly what they are looking for , so I'm a very good listener above all.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the business for 20 years, I'm also a property owner( having several rental properties of my own). My father before me did the same thing, so I inherited this since of fix it, replace it, repair it, or build it.
