I had the pleasure of using Et'Chane with Etch and Market as my personal chef to prepare meals for me weekly so that I could maintain my diet plan with my hectic schedule. He prepared low-calorie meals for me that were simply delicious! He was very organized, too. He sent me a proposed meal plan weekly via email and, after I made any necessary changes or deletions, he shopped for the food, prepared the meals in my home, packed them in Tupperware containers, stacked them in the refrigerator and left my kitchen spotless. He was the perfect solution for me to have nutritious meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner without the hassle of cooking everyday! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top-notch personal chef or caterer! He's the best!

Etch & Market provided wonderful catering service for a baby shower I hosted. Etch took the time to plan a menu (considerate of food allergies), coordinated with the theme decor and was very professional throughout the entire process. The final presentation was amazing and every guest was impressed. I will definitely use again for future events.

What an amazing experience we had with Etch & Market! When planning my baby shower, I wanted nothing to do with traditional baby shower food, and Etch and Mar delivered beyond my expectations. Not only was the presentation amazing, but the food was delicious (and I know it can be difficult to please a pregnant woman!). I had a special no red meat request, and this duo was able to deliver unique and extremely tasty options. Not only was the food amazing, but Etch and Mar were always professional and friendly. I will definitely use this catering duo again!
