Introduction: Having over 20 years experience in the IT and technology field, I enjoy demystifying the sometimes confusing myriad of computer devices for my clients, thus making their lives easier and more productive.
I have a BS degree in computer science as well as a BSBA in accounting. I am A+ and Network+ certified. I am proficient in PC and Apple repair and service, physical repair to portable devices such as phones, tablets and laptops, setup and maintenance of networks, routers, VPN's, and WLANS. Having owned several businesses myself, I have a discernible understanding of the needs of the small business owner. However, I do not talk over my clients' heads, and will explain in clear, easy to understand language (to the degree that the client cares to know) the process of the work done.

I contacted Mr. Little requesting help on my computer which was running extremely slow. He arrived when scheduled and it was obvious to me that he was a professional. He installed Windows 7, added extra RAM, and did an overall clean-up on my computer. It now runs like a champ and I am very pleased with it.
