- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to discuss pricing at the in-person interview when going over ALL of my studio policies. This allows for full clarity and time to answer any questions a potential student may have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an initial interview over the phone, I set up a trial lesson and interview with potential students. At this time, I go over my studio policy in detail, and work with the student. If we both feel it is a good fit at the conclusion of the interview, we discuss a lesson time slot and enrollment details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
